Vimy Award

The Vimy Award is an award presented by the Conference of Defence Associations Institute to the “Canadian who has made a significant and outstanding contribution to the defence and security of (Canada) and the preservation of (its) democratic values". The award has been presented annually since 1991. The 2010 award will be presented November 2010 at an award dinner to be held at the Canadian War Museum.[1]
